Trailer needs to be moved

My Thompson Carrara 2000 has moved forward on my trailer. The wobble rollers at the back of the boat have all but come around the transom.. One roller is all the way off and on the back side. Any idea how to get the boat back on the rear rollers. It would appear that I need to jack up the back of the boat and try to putt the trailer forward. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

If the rollers are still under the transom then simply anchor the boat to something solid and pull the trailer ahead. Z leave the winch attached but with a foot of slack....

Then adjust the bow stop and winch the boat back up to it.

Tie off to a large tree, put a few inches of slack in the winch strap, put a thin piece of plywood between the stern and the roller that's off for a ramp and very slowly move the rig forward.

Then figure out if the winch post has shifted forward and why. Also check the tongue weight because it will change with the boat and the winch post moving around, probably lighter.

Sounds like the rollers are up the back of the transom so both jacking up boat and tying off to a tree.

I'd be concerned about doing damage to the hull towing it like it is...

Besides it's a roller trailer... Sooooooo easy to just roll it back a bit.

I'd splash er too easy and no risk of snapping a cable and damaging the boat
