Trailer repair shop in Chicago?

Anybody have a recommendation? Last year a buddy was pulling the boat and the front axel broke. He had an emergancy repair done which has held. However, one wheel leans inward at the top and is going through rubber on the inside like crazy. New tire spent after 1000 miles. One new tire a year would be OK, but I tow about 1500 miles a year so I'm willing to have someone take a look at it. Any suggestion would be appreciated.

Probably broke a spindle and had it welded back on -- out of alignment. There is no fix for that so a new axle is the best fix. Champion trailers can provide standard or custom trailer axles. Not a major expense.

The break appears to have been right in the middle of the axel. They used a "sleeve"? to weld the two pieces together. A rush job but it has held up. If they were off-level by even a hair that would probably account for my wheel (spindel?) having the lean.

Replace the entire axle, it's not worth the tire usage to try to have it fixed and aligned properly.
