Trailer setup help

I need some help here from the pros
should the roller arms be loose so they tilt left to right and tilt from to back
or should I tighten all the arms with the boat on the trailer so they are solid and stay to the shape of the hull
they were corroded solid but I just replaced all the screws so it' all moving freely now
Do I leave it all to move freely?

Dennis, The rollers need to adhere to the hull, and the hull changes bow to stern. That is why they need to be able to move. You want them snug, but not tight at their pivots.
