Trailer spring replacement question

Hi,

I have an 85 Bayliner Capri with an original Bayliner trailer. Can someone tell me the correct lenth springs to buy? I tried measuring mine but my numbers don't match any lenth that are offered for sale.

What length did you measure? Did you measure with the weight off of the axle?

Check the Redneck Trailer Supplies catalog. They have a page on how to do the measurements and a good selection of springs. If you have an odd ball pair usually a local spring shop can make you up a set for a moderate fee.
