Trailerable Cover Ideas?

Hello, I am looking for a quality "Trailerable" cover for highway travel.
I have not seen anything suitable to this point.

Need it to be weather/waterproof as it will also be used for summer storage. Also the ability cover the outboard would be nice as well.

I am in Canada but am not able to find one local or online that looks as though it will fit the bill.

i use a home depot camo tarp and those ratcheting straps to hold it down on my highliner MBW8-14 trailer. 3 straps (1 rear, two diagonally across the inflatable) hold the cover and inflatable nicely. one strap can go on the motor. only problem is launching can be a pain.
