Ny new project has a bunch of unused screws in it. I have no idea what they were used for, but while I'm redoing the floor and stringers, I thought I would remove the screws and fill the holes. What product should I use? I'm going with epoxy for the stringers and floor.

Mix some cabosil with the epoxy. Mix enough cabosil to get a peanut butter like consistency and then fill the holes with that.

Thanks, I will be mixing some of that stuff to install/bed my stringers in also so I'll know how to do that before I'm done. Second question. My boat had no bilge pump and I'm putting one in as a part of my project. Where on the transome do I mount the pump output?

The bilge pump output does not have to go through the transom. Anywhere you like would be just fine (so long as it is above the water line). Mine goes throught the side of the hull back by the transom.

Mixing in some milled fibers makes for the strongest putty.
