Transom Part 88 blue fin

Does the triangle part in this picture have a name? I call it a transom bracket however that is probably not correct. The photo is of the rear. The part is suppose to attach from the bottom of the boat to the lower aluminum transom and is riveted. The mounting flanges are torn off and no longer attach the transom to the hull. I will probably have to find a machine shop to build me one or is there someplace on line I can buy one of these. It is a 16 ft aluminum Bluefin.

it is called a Knee, you need to get some one local to fabricate it. or just use some aluminum angle to attach it.
