I have a 1998 Force 120. It has 95 hours on it and runs fantastic on top end, around 46mpr by GPS on an 18' Bayliner. But once and a while dosen't want to idle. After reading other issues around the idle I'm thinking about selling it or trading it. My question to anyone that knows is: If I purchase a 2003 115 Mercury Classic will I have to re-drill and fill transom mounting holes? Or since the tramsom plates on both engines look the same will I be able to use the holes from the Force?
