Transom Repair on a Dingy

I bought an AQUA MAX 14 ft and got totally ripped off craigslist The guy sold me the dingy without testing in water, now the boat has a crack on its Transom, I was wondering how should I go repairing it? For now I have taped a silicon tape and double taped duct tape, but I am not sure it will last long,

Please advice, any helpful video links will be great!
I am total newbie to boating

Ahh, really need better pics, and maybe one of the entire boat so we can see what you are dealing with. ... And some pics of the inside of the transom in that area.

I believe this is an inflatable boat...Correct? Do you know what the boat is made out of?
