Transom replacement.

I have a 1958 16' ouachita trihull bass boat that I am rebuilding the transom on and I am trying to figure out how much ressen and patch I need to get to do inside and out of the transom. The transom is 4.5' wide x 2.5' tall. If someone can help me figure this out that would be greatly appreciated.

if your transom is rotten, your stringers have long ago left as well.

read the DIY stickies at the top of the forum. specifically read links 14, 15, 18, then move on to 2, 3, 4a, and 4b. The answers you seek are in there.
