Hello all, long time lurker / reader, first time poster.....
I am looking for the dimensions of the 270 transom assembly. I have a 1963 hydrodyne 17 deluxe that I am redoing, to include an all new transom. I am trying to find what the dimensions are for the 270 shield to see if it will even fit on the transom of the hydrodyne. It has those cool fins that wrap around, but flat space is at a premium.
Trying to figure out if I should modify it for the 270, or stay with the 100. I have two of the 100's that seem in good shape and I have a 270 as well. But it is still assembled and I do not want to trust "estimate" measuring if a template is available. I can not find one anywhere other than a blurry blue background image that you can not read the numbers on.
