I live down near Windsor, and bought mine last spring in Michigan.I went over to get it myself though.To get it done comercialy would put it way out of your price range.To bring it through customs, for the boat you will have pay pst+ gst. there is no duty on North American made boats (almost all are).The trailer is another story though.At the border you will have to pay gst + 180$ broker fee.Within a month of crossing you will have to take the trailer to a Canadian Tire and have it saftied, then get your plates and pay gst.E-mail me if you would like more details...
