Tri-Hull Trailers?

I have a Spartan, single axle, tilt bed, full roller trailer from the early 1980s that I am trying to adjust to fit my Sylvan Skipper 18 I/O ( same boat as a Starcraft Holiday 18 I/O). I am having a devil of a time fitting it up. The trailer originally held a 19' Tri-Hull O/B. Were these trailers specifically designed for Tri-Hulls? The roller brackets are welded to the frame and have a much narrower spacing which is what is giving me the grief. In the pic below, note how far the roller arms are adjusted outboard on each side. I am thinking this narrower spacing is set to support the Tri-Hull's center V-hull. What do you guys think?

Ayuh,... I guess I'd cut those brackets off, 'n buy bolt on 1s, for the adjustability...

I thought about that. The cross members are 3 1/4" wide though and I haven't been able to find U-bolts for that width or brackets to match. I'll either have to cut the existing ones off and re-weld them or fabricate my own.
