Trim button only works down, not up

I just bought a Javelin and the bow control panel has controls for live well, trim, etc.. and I notice the trim button up there only works down... not up. The trim switch on the throttle works up and down.... and the trim switch on the motor itself works up and down. So its just the bow giving me issues.

I tested the trim switch itself up there and know the switch is good (both ways)... so I am guessing the wire from 1 side from the bow to the back is at fault... but the wiring is SOOOO complicated and overwhelming to me. Is there a quick, easy way to troubleshoot this ?
