i have a 1980 mark twain with the 470 merc 4 cyl 170 hp just got of the lake after 4 hours of trying to get the stern up so i can take the boat home <br />what i did is unscrew the bolts to the arms conected to the stern and tied the stern with a rope <br />when i push the trim butons it sounds like a an air leak and one of the hoeses in the back is clear (empty) it use to be dark i think it was full of oil i dont know where to fill the oil for the trim (up and down)not the lower unit. and i am really lost on where to start please help me ...
