Trim Function on a Merc Pro Kicker

I've bought a 2015 15 HP Merc Pro Kicker. It has electric start & power tilt. ...& I guess trim is something different than power tilt. Is there anything I can do to make it trim up while throttled up? The tilt works fine, but when the boat is under power, the trim doesn't seem to have enough power to raise the motor. If I stop, trim up a little, and then throttle up, the motor stays where I put it, but won't trim up any more than where I set it at idle. Mine is a little 14', 750lb. boat.

Is there anything I can do to the existing hydraulic system to make it trim up under power - short of buying a $500 trim unit?

I have a pro kicker and use it for trolling. I think its designed to be either up or down. Never tried to trim while running WOT. It will trim at trolling speeds.
