Trim gauge is stuck in up position

Hello,

I just installed a new Suzuki DF115A 2015 year model. My problem is that the trim gauge is always stuck in up position when turning key switch on.

I tried replacing the trim sender, but there is no difference! I also tested the trim gauge with a Suzuki DF60A 2012 and it works fine with that engine.

What is next thing to do?

A power wire is grounded out, corroded,or a ground wire is loose,broken, corroded or disconnected.
Inspect every inch of wire, pull all wires very hard that go into connectors.
