Trim goes up but not down...

Last year replaced solenoid when it was acting up. new solenoid this year wont even make it go up....

Explain..... Motor runs, nothing happens... motor doesn't run at all.... unit has dual relays?, unit has single large solenoid for up mode?, engaging switch results in click or nothing at all?

And as Boobie states, we need the model number in order to know what you have.
