Trim Guage - 1997 226 LXI

I just bought a 1997 226 LXI and I love it. I do have a question. My trim guage does not work correctly.....it does not indicate the full range of outdrive motion.

Is there any way to calibrate this guage and if so how do I adjust it. If not where could I order a new guage?

Yes, it is adjustable. The manual tells how, basically, you measure the rams out to a certain point, thats full trim up, not to be confused with trailer up!, then you set the indicator sender so it shows at the top of the green arc and your limit sender so it wont go past this with the trim button. This is assuming everything you have is working properly.
