Trim Issue

The last couple of times using the boat I have had an issue with the trim going up or down, pump runs but only slight movement. After a couple of attempts it will start working like normal. Any ideas what could be causing it to stick. This is a 2006 mercruiser 3.0.

Ayuh,..... Help me out here,.... Are you in brine, or sweetwater,..??

Pull the aft end of the rams, 'n try it,..... do the unloaded rams move at the same speed,..??

If one goes full extension, before the 2nd starts, the 2nd one has a problem,.....

While the aft ends are off,..... does the drive move freely up, 'n down,..??
