Trim limit switch

Hey guys!. Seems like my boat had a omc out drive but was swapped over to a alpha one gen two out drive. My trim limit is not working.
So I'm guessing there is no place to plug in the trim limit wire, assuming that because it's not plugged in,and I heard cobra drives had none

Is there a way to fix this. Also I cleaned both switches and checked the wires

Ayuh,..... Welcome Aboard,...... It shouldn't matter, but We donno how much OMC was used, or not,....

Trim limit switch plugs into the trim pump harness at the pump. Trim indicator sender plugs into engine harness to get sent up to the helm

this is for a complete merc setup. Was the entire omc set up torn out or do you have some mix and match
