Trim line pipe leaks

Hello everyone at i-boats.
The up hose from the trim pump has burned out against my exhaust and now I have lost all the fluid from it and trim tilt is not operating. The leak is very visible and I would like to replace the whole hose and not try and re-connect them.
The problem is it's not accessible from inside the engine bay and there is no way I can even get my hand near there.
I think I would need to remove the drive and try to get at it from there but not sure if this the way, perhaps it can be done without removing the drive?

Does anyone have any advice on how to change the pipes and what part numbers they would be? I was going to replace both lines while doing the one.

Pulled the whole stern off and only way to get at the trim pipe is remove the outer manifold and attack from the rear.
What a job for a simple task.

try looking up your engine part number in volvopentastore.com they have easy to follow schematics. find the part number and start from there...
