I have a 1986 Black Max 150 that I am currently working on. The trim motor has been working great, then I took the battery off the motor to use for something else for a few days and now that it's back on, the trim motor no longer works. All of the other electrical seems to be fine, motor starts right up with the key, but no trim. I've messed with a few things on the motor and I don't think I disconnected anything, but I guess there's a possibility I could have. I've looked at the wiring diagram for the motor and it doesn't show the trim motor, so I'm kind of at a loss as to where to start looking for missing or loose connections. Does anyone have a diagram showing the trim motor connections? Or could anyone walk me through where to check those, perhaps knowing the color the wires are would help. I'm not even entirely sure where the trim motor is since I've never had to look at it. A side note, it's trimmed down right now if that matters. Any help is appreciated! Thank you!
