One more thing, if you do remove the lines do not remove the 90 degree brass fitting that is screwed into the end of the manifold for the DOWN line. It does have a check ball , 2 springs and a small washer between the 2 springs in there. You don't need to remove it to disconnect the line anyway.

Hi everyone!

Unfortunately, the former owner of my boat disassembled this unit, now the ball, and the springs lay separately from the pump. Can anyone advise, what is the correct sequence of installing them into the pump? I think, the ball should go first into the DOWN hole, then one spring, then the washer, then the other spring, and finally the 90 degrees brass fitting is screwed in. Is this correct? Thank you for any assistance.

Currently unable to find a full breakdown. I do believe you have the correct method of assembly. The ball must be in a recess to close off the fluid when pressure is not pushing the check ball back. Found the manual for the pump but does not show an exploded view.
