Ayuh,... I don't think they come apart at that point, or ain't supposed to, so a new ram housin' is in order...

The only 1s I've rebuilt, ya pull the gland nut off, 'n unload the guts outa the tube...
The tube is supposed to be a single piece...

The parts are called out as separate items, but are not sold separately... They come as a single entity in the 'Tube kit', part# -45706A4 (supersedes to -77442A1), which is not cheap (from Merc), but can be found here -> Power Trim Cylinder Housing for Mercruiser 77442A1, GLM 21930 - Sierra 18-2148 - iboats. for a very reasonable price.

BTW, yours are GTG... and need to be replaces...

Personally, I'd just buy a couple of complete new rams. Getting those apart could prove 'challenging'... Getting them back together with a leak, more so...

Complete ram -> Power Trim Cylinder - Sierra - iboats

Doesn't look like they do them for the MC-1 (internal lines) ram. Look like you're stuck with the iBoats/Sierra ones.... The only ones interchangeable are the external lines ram, and you''ll need new hoses for them, which will probably cost you more than the rams...

I think you just redefined the "hole in the water you throw money in" concept.

Good luck, fiero. Wish I could help.
