Trim switch doesn't work, but drive will go up/down when jumping

Hi All.
I'm brand new. I have a 2003 Sea Ray 176 with a 3.0L Mercruiser I/O. When I try to trim up OR down, nothing happens when I press the switch on the throttle. Not a click, NOTHING. I jumped from the RED to the BLUE and I got it to go down, then I did the same to the GREEN and it went up. However, still nothing when I hit the switch. The fuse looks good and tests for continuity. Any idea where I go from here to find out why the switch isn't working? is there another fuse somewhere maybe?

I jumped from the RED to the BLUE and I got it to go down, then I did the same to the GREEN and it went up.

Ayuh,... That's Backwards,...

Blue sky, Up,...
Green grass, Down...

Is there power forward to the switch,..??

Not sure how I can test to see if power is getting to the switch.... I also noticed no 110 amp breaker and no buss bar... I assume this is bad? But will it work without it? Because these are missing, might I assume that I've blown something?
