Trim switch on throttle

Why does my trim switch some times click but dont move the trim. Some times got to click several times.

Because the points in the trim motor relay are not making electrical contact. The click is the relay closing. The points may be burnt or dirty.

Agree with stony but could also be you need to pull the trim pump connector and clean it. A bad connection could keep enough current from passing and fully activating the pump. Same thing happens when you have a dirty cable on a battery, the starter relay just clicks
