Trim tabs stopped working

I have a 2005 Regal 2860 and the trim tabs stopped working. When I push the rockers, the pump makes no sound at all. I checked the breaker and it wasn't popped. They are Bennett trim tabs and according to their website, there should be a 20amp inline fuse. I went into the dash and all over the engine compartment and can't find this 20amp fuse. I assume it was replaced with the breaker?

The fluid level is good and all the wiring looks fine. Anyone know exactly where this fuse is (if it even exists) or how I can further troubleshoot the problem?

FYI, I don't know if it was at the exact same time or not but my speedo no longer works either (yes, it's in the down position). Perhaps they're connected to a common connection at some point?

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

The fuse is one the orange wire running from the power unit to the switch on the helm.

If nothing else you can disconnect the connector at the hydraulic unit and test for power on the orange wire using a voltmeter when you actuate the controls
