Re: Trim Tabs

No. If you remove nothing but excess hose and the system is still 100% tight afterwards there is nothing to worry about.

Re: Trim Tabs

The Buzz,

I am Thomas and I work for Bennett Marine in the Client Service department.

You can cut the tubing down, but you will need to keep them equal in length. This ensures both trim tabs deploy at the same speed. Please check the length of your longest run and cut the short side to be the same size. Also, you will most likely need some new Nut w/Ferrules, since they are not reusable. Please provide me with your mailing address (trimtabs@earthlink.net) and I will be happy to send you a couple at No Charge!

I look forward to your reply.

Sincerely,
MJ Thomas
Bennett Marine, Inc.
Client Services
trimtabs@earthlink.net
www.bennetttrimtabs.com
