I replace my trim motor and can here the motor when I hit the switch but the motor will not lift but it will pull it down then it's down its locked down until i loosen the line and lift manually and fluid comes out wondering if I'm doing something wrong or if something else is wrong bought this boat on auction and don't know its history just trying to get it out this year any help is appreciated thanks
