Trim/tilt hookups

I have a 1988 Johnson 140hp outboard. I'm trying to tilt it up so I can mount it on my boat. My OMC controls have a trim/tilt switch on them, but coming out of the bottom of the throttle is a harness about 2 feet long with 3 wires coming out of it. I presume this is the harness for the trim/tilt switch, but I'm not sure where it hooks up to.

Yes red is power,green is down,blue is up They need to be hooked up to the relays on engine.
