Trim tilt hydraulic lines

Hi everyone. My motor will not trim up and I finally found the reason why. I have an old prestolite trim tilt pump and the hydraulic hose that goes from the bottom of the pump looks like it ripped off wherever it is connected to on the other end. Problem is I cannot find where the other end connects. I have looked everywhere online and cannot find any diagrams. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I have an old glastron, 79 I believe with a mercruiser 898 305 which is probably around the same year. I believe it's a pre alpha stern drive.. Thanks

Not 'pre-Alpha', MC-1.... (Mercruiser '1' drive is the full name)... The end of the hose is in a small manifold at the base of the transom housing. If you look on the outside of the boat, right under the drive but next to the transom, you see where the 4 hoses from the rams connect... The other side of that, is where the hoses that go to the trim pump (one via the reverse lock valve) connect...
