Trim/Tilt Motor

I cannot get my trim/tilt motor to work. When I flip the switch to drop it in the water nothing happens. I have replaced the motor and relays but still nothing...You can hear the relays clicking but nothing happens. Wiring the motor directly to the battery works fine - but not through the switch. (I have already burned one motor up). I am not quite sure where to go from here. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Golden, before replacing anything else, make sure you have enough fluid. My motor was acting the exact same way and the trim fluid did the trick. Hope you get lucky like I did. An eleven dollars tube of fluid is all it cost me to fix the trim.
