I have a 1989 evinrude 110 with power tilt took the boat out today it worked when I started out and now it does not work it will go down ok but won;t come up what can it be I don;t hear the motor on the pump running and I checked out the switch and that seems to be good would the motor on the pump be bad if it runs in the down position but won't lift up Please help
