I have just bought a 75 HP 2 stroke outbourd.
However when I trim the boat, water tends to run up the stern (and over into the boat). Water tends to come in until I trim, thus reducing speed. I cannot use more than 50% throttle.
The boat is 21 ft and weighs approx 900 kg.
The boat is fine until I try to lift the bow. This is the point when water crawls up behind the engine and floods over the side. At this point the engine cannot be tilted more. Could it be that the engine needs to be liftet an inch or 2?
