trolling motor batteries in front

21' stratos. what are down sides to moving trolling motor batteries to front. looking for less draft. fish skinny water.

Depending on how hard the boat rides, the constant abuse may shorten their lives but otherwise, they don't care where they are.

It might also help with porpoising and getting on plane faster. Not exactly down-sides!
