Trolling Motor Problem (motor guide)

Hi- I have a 70 thrust 5 speed motor guide trolling motor. It is only 2 years old. My problem is: settings 1 and 2 do not work, zero power. Would this be an electrical hookup problem or a problem with the unit? Setting 3,4, and 5 work great. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks!

If the motor works on other settings it is not a hook-up problem. You have a speed control problem.
