Trolling motor wiring help

I have a Minn Kota 65W transom mount trolling motor with a 2-wire (alligator clip) set-up. All I really want to do is install some type of plug-in set-up to simplify connecting and disconnecting it to the battery. I would appreciate any suggestions. Thanx!

I need some help, My Batties are set up for a 24 volt my trolling motor works in forward with 24 volts but in revirse its only getting 12 volts can anyone help
