got a new 24 volt trollng motor..the t/m comes with 2 wires (black-red) with 2 ring connectors aready crimped on...question is do you cut those off and butt connect them to the wires of the plugs (male and female)? or how exactly does this work...i understand how to wire the battery making them 24 volts, just not sure where the 50amp fuse and plugs come into play at...this boat has never had a trolling motor (bow mount) so thats why i'm a little confused on wiring this..
