I have a 20hp mercury, the problem begin when I put it in the water for the first time this spring. it ran fine for a short time and then cut back to about halve throtle. I could pull the choke out about halve way and it would pick back up to full speed, finaly it quite all together. I took it to the boat repair shop and they put several kits in the fuel pump and it would run fine for a couple minutes and then cut off. the guy who is suppossed to be a specialest said he was stumped and didn't know what was wrong. does anyone have any suggestions?
