Hi, This is my first time posting as I am a new member. although I must admit I have turned to this site many times for answers to questions, and the information has been of great help...so thanks.

Anyway, I felt the need to post because I cant locate a hose for my application

I have recently converted to a Crank mounted Raw Water Pump the Hose attachments from the pump face to the right when looking at the engine from the front... this would be port.

I have a Mercruiser Small block with v-belts and a Sea-Kamp heat exchanger so the hose has to go from the pump and between the belts to the original position of the stock hose which came off of the power steering cooler. Although I can find pictures I cant get a usable part number to order the hose.

I have attached a photo of the hose I need the one I describe above is circled in RED. I would appreciate it if someone could give me the Part number for this hose or tell me where to order. Additionally I would like to also get the hose circled in BLUE but I can find work-arounds here if not available.

Thank You,

AL

Well, it's not Mercruiser since they never used a pump like that. Might be part of the Sea-Kamp cooling system, have you check with them?

Re: Trouble Locating Hose for Crank Mounted RWP

Thanks Don,

I have not. I only spoke to the people who ordered me the Sea-Kamp kit with the custom can (extra HP); and they had no answers either. I will try to talk to the guys at Sea-Kamp this week.

I was thinking maybe one of the companies out there Crusader, Indmar, or Volvo might have such a hose, since I believe they did use this pump but I might be mistaken.

Thanks again.

Al
