I’m having trouble getting the valves out. I removed the circlips and blow air in the holes but they will not come out. I cleaned up the metal around where they come out so nothing is in the way but they blow out to the end of the circlip groove and won’t come any further. Any help with getting them out would be much appreciated!!

Try pushing them in and blowing them out.
Block the other holes when adding air.
I think 1/8th inch pipe plug fits, or brake line fittings.

They can be tricky, keep trying.
In severe cases I used a graphite powder(key/lock spray) add it and work the valves in and out.
Then clean with air or carb cleaner.

So I JB welded a screw to one of the valves and pulled it out and then pushed the other one out from the other side. Replaced the messed up rubber pieces and put it all back together. I ran the motor up and down a bunch and got most of the air out last night. I went back out to it today and was running the motor up when it got about halfway up and quit. It started making a weird noise I haven't heard before like it was stuck and now it won't go up or down. What did I break now? Any guesses? This thing is really giving me fits.

When I say it won't go up or down, it still makes the noise like it is trying, but it is stuck.

Ok well I just tried it again and now all I get is a click when I hit the up/down button. Did I burn out the motor? Is my only option now to replace it?

Where's the click coming from?
The relays?? WD in the connectors.
Pull them off and WD inside.

You can remove the electric motor from the top of the unit.
Loosen the screws about 1/8 in and wiggle the cap as you hit the up/down switch.

The connection inside might have broken.

I have replaced the motor, the O-rings inside the tilt and trim cylinders, and the seals on both relief valves in the pump and the thing still leaks down. Is there really anything else I can do to it?

I'm having trouble finding the fittings to use. The threads don't seem to match up and I don't want to strip anything. Where is the best place to get them? I found some brass plugs and caps that are the right size, but the threads are definitely different. And idk if you saw the new thread I started, but I found bigger problems to deal with now...:facepalm::facepalm:
