When the engine is cold...squeeze primer bulb, choke engine, 2 to 3 seconds of turning over and the engine starts. Raise throttle with drive disengaged till engine is warm and then back to neutral...and engine idles fine.

Now...once i get to the fishing spot and the engine is off for like 10 to 30 min. Engine wont start unless I re-prime it and choke it. It will kick here and there, but wont start for like 10 tries at times. Itll kick and not start, youll hear the starter spinning after that. Then Ill try again and again, then itll finally start and be fine. I just dont get it. It only happens once its warm.

The primer bulb also does not stay firm. Itll firm up on like one or two squeezes, but then get soft again. I replaced the bulb to try and remedy this, but it does the same thing. Im trying to figure out if this is a fuel or ignition issue.

Also...my dad says my #3 spark plug cable needs to be changed since it zapped him the other day....I dont know if that's a factor or not.

What kind of fuel tank? built in or 5 gal plastic ? It could be that either the anti siphon valve is not working and fuel is running back ,to tank. Or you have a leak in your line or filter.

It is a build in metal tank. If the antisiphon thing is the primer bulb, it was just replaced. How would I find a leak in the line? I dont see any fuel spilt anywhere.
