just had power pack put in monday brought home from shop parked in yard. last night went out to crank it and at first it acted like it wanted to crank. but never did. my question is if i flooded it out does that foul out the spark plugs? what should i do to get it not flooded? also this motor has gapless spark plugs in it! is this normal?
