**This is a continuation of my flooded engine post, initial details and conditions can be found on that post, linked at the bottom**
I'm able to get the starter to roll. Engine won't fire, thinking of potential issues, did a walk through and noticed what appears to be a missing wire.
The purple and yellow wire attached from the starter motor to the ignition coil is non-existent. There were no signs that the wire was ever present so I'm wondering if there is some potential work around or modification that would be a reason for this wire to not have existed in the first place. Couldn't find a digital drawing so I attached a picture from my manual. All other wires are present on the starter and ignition coil. I'm thinking this a likely cause for the engine to not fire but seems odd because it doesn't appear to have been present prior to the flooded engine event in which it was working fine.
Also considering replacing the starter slave solenoid because it seems that those are common offenders, but not sure if that would be the cause because the starter is rolling.
