does anyone know where to buy a rebuild kit for a 95 350 mag alpha 4-barrel weber carb.
also how hard is it to rebuild it myself?
Is it better to pay the 2 hundred bucks for someone to do it?

$200!!! :eek::eek::eek:

I do those things in my sleep!!! A few screws and they are in bits on the bench. hose 'em out with cleaner and DRY compressed air, reassemble and you're good to go. 'Bout an hour if you have lunch in the middle.....

There is only on gasket on the carb, #27-809077. If you need anything else it will be the Acc pump...

Download the SERVICE MANUAL and follow the direction in the appropriate chapter.

Re: trying to find carb kit for weber?

Thanks for the reply. i am having hell finding a rebuild kit. I have been reading other forums and sounds like the carb needs rebuild. Because it idles fine and runs great at WOT but between 1000 and 2000 rpm it fouls out the front two cylinders. Its a new motor.

There is no 'rebuild kit'. There is only one gasket. If you need other parts you ordered them separately...

And wrong! There ARE more than one gasket in these, and Edelbrock has rebuild kits as does Sierra (18-7613-1) for these. 'nutcase
