Trying to find year of 9.9 seahorse

JF.... Your engine is a 1976 9.9hp Evinrude.

So two more questions (maybe more) which is model and which is year. I'm assuming the numbers on the stamp are the ones which gave you the info. And then is the other number stamped on the wall where the starter would go the part # of the starter I would need? Again very appreciative...
