Never had an I/O before. Just purchased 20' careers open bow runner 4.3 once. Hen I'm pulling people on a tube the tube seems to get pulled under the water. Is it my tube orange do I need to adjust my stern drive a certain way for this not to happen.

I don't think it's either. If the people on the tub are too far forward it'll submarine. Just make sure the tube is well inflated and the people are staying to the back. Mine will submarine every now and then with no one on board.

This would depend on the type of tube you are using and how it is being towed. Where the tow rope is hooked on to the tube and how the rope is hooked on to the boat. When you say people, do you mean more than 1 person at a time and are you putting too much weight on the tube?

Same with ours if the riders arent back on startup it will submarine, once this happens a few times it makes the driver a bit gun shy to put the throttle down. Once going it seems fine, but if someone falls off I have the remaining rider instructed to get to the back..

Tubes will also tend to submarine if they are overloaded.
