Turning off NTDWB

Quick doctor get the shock pads (can't remember name of the things) to restart a few hearts! Several of you made the good suggestion that we need to rename this section so that it makes more sense with the new non-boating one when new members come in. Therefore, NTDWB will be going away but in name only <br /><br />We need a new name for this section. So far, Roscoe has suggested:<br /><br />Much Ado About Nothing<br />Ramblings of the Insane<br /><br />We need some more suggestions (sorry Roscoe).
