I have a 2006 Yamaha 8MSH - 8hp, 2-cycle, purchased new. When I changed inflatables last year, with two people and fishing gear it won't get up on plane. Added a dole-fin without much improvement & have played with the trim adjustment. Taking a few pounds of gear out does the trick so I am very close. Any way of tweaking this engine to get a bit more thrust/hp? I'm not looking for much.
